Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges on our gIn only, but you will have to contact us within 14 days of purchase and you will have to cover the return postage cost. Returned items must be unopened, in particular – bottles MUST NOT have been tampered with.
Before returning an item, contact us. To prevent fraud, we do not issue exchanges or refunds until we have received the returned item. We will issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of return.
If there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting-us.
If you return an item for a refund or exchange, then you will have to cover the postage costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
We offer refunds on our Gin, but to help us resolve this for you quickly, we will ask for order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
Refunds will only be given:
- On drinks which have not been opened or tampered with
- On damaged items
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are non-refundable
Faulty and damaged goods
Unfortunately this could have happened anywhere in the process of getting the products to you, or we accidentally sent you a damaged product by mistake, please accept our apologies. Sometimes things do slip through the net. We will replace the item, but we will need to see a photo of the problem so we can investigate and issue a refund or exchange.
If you received a damaged product please contact us asap and within a week of receipt of your item so we can investigate the issue.
Returns process
- Please tell us within 14 days of receiving your item
- You have 14 days to return the item
- If we receive the item within 14 days we will send a refund or exchange
- We will send a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the item

Orders lost in the post
If you suspect your item was lost please contact us asap and no later than 5 days after the estimated delivery date.
Unclaimed items
If your parcel is returned to us, then you will need to pay for re-posting your order.
